Just Plane Smarter prides itself on transparency. That's why we are going to break down just how Managed Co-Ownership works.
Managed Co-Ownership is just that a partial ownership of a specific aircraft. Managed Co-Ownership in the Just Plane Smarter model is typically a 1/4 ownership in a specific plane but can be up to a 1/8th ownership, depending on the Co-Owner's needs.
Once your profile is built, Just Plane Smarter will go to work to find the right match for you and your needs. You will be matched with vetted Co-Owners who have similar operational needs. Your personal information will be kept confidential during this process.
Management is the key component to the success of the Just Plane Smarter Co-Ownership system. JPS will manage the fixed cost for owning your plane. These include but are not limited to the following:
- Aircraft payment
- Aircraft storage
- Aircraft Insurance
- Scheduling administration
- Aircraft maintenance
- Vetting for similar partnership needs.
In addition to your fixed cost, the rest of what you would pay for is the actual use of flying the plane. This is calculated by each hour flown.
